职位描述：Job Description:1.负责为公司承接品牌地产类、管理类和设计类公司的业务，给客户提供整体的空间软装解决方案，制作服务建议书与合同， 负责客户各个不同环节的全程跟进.Responsible for business development in sectors including real estate, management companies or design agencies; responsible for interior design proposal making, contract drafting and follow-up work for the whole project.2.在设计周期、工程周期计划中参与各部门协调，为客户解决各种突发状况.Able to work together with and coordinate resources from each department during each phase of a project, from design drafting to construction period and able to provide solutions for clients based on their requirements. 3、出色的人际交往能力，销售渠道开拓，建立和维护良好的客户关系; Excellent interpersonal skills, develop sales channels, to establish and maintain good customer relationship;4、销售队伍的建设与培养; Sales team construction and training;岗位要求： Job requirements: 1、市场营销、国际贸易、工业设计或相关专业本科以上学历； Marketing, international trade, industrial design or related undergraduate degree or above; 2、3年以上设计师、酒店管理公司、房地产开发公司合作经验； Above 3 years experience in the company of designers, hotel management, real estate development company3、具有案值在1000万以上项目销售经验和谈判能力； With more than RMB10000000 experience in project sales and negotiation skills; 4、英语笔试六级以上，口语可熟练对话； English level six or above, can skilled spoken dialogue; 5、有工程类或建材类行业工程销售经验（有家具行业销售经验尤佳）。 building materials industry sales experience (furniture industry sales experience is preferred).
