职位描述
Key Job Tasks Performed1. Secretarial works such as telephone answering, message taking, documentations or memorandum distribution, meeting arrangements, updating company telephone directory, etc.2. Take weekly management and monthly hotel communication meeting minutes as required.3. Corporate seal management and maintain daily use record as per relevant SOP. 4. Be responsible for daily document circulation between executive office and other departments.5. Air tickets booking for business trips and expatriate leaves.6. Be responsible for departmental petty cash administration and expenditure reimbursement. Keep department expense record.7. Receive vehicle use requests from all departments and arrange accordingly. Keep filing of vehicle reservation record and daily use record for cost control purpose.8. Coordinate with suppliers / vendors on printing (name card, envelopes, etc.) & stationary ordering. 9. Manage office tea station.10. Other tasks as assigned by Admin. Supervisor and Senior Admin. Manager.General Affairs Department1. Meeting arrangements and minutes taken as requested by GAD Director.2. Maintain GAD filing system in accordance with filing SOP and specific requirements by GAD Manager.3. Other tasks as assigned by GAD Director.
