- Responsible for the Profitability of the factory
确保工厂良好的效益
- Review and manage headcount according to production needs
根据生产需要制定人员计划
- Review and control production performance and submit production report regularly
确保生产质量和效益，定期整理生产报告
- Review production employee’s performance & submit evaluation report regularly
了解员工的表现，并给到相应帮助
- Work with other departments on product development, administration, etc
与其他部门良好合作，例如技术部和行政部
