1. 负责与医疗影像设备终端产品公司对接，深度挖掘客户需求、收集客户反馈、分析终端用户（医生和病人等）行为及需求，识别临床痛点机会与技术临床价值。2. 组织调研市场上的竞争对手产品性能与市场份额并进行分析，行业动态收集整理与分析，为公司决策层及产品策略提供依据。3. 组织公司内相关资源进行产品定义，明确X射线源产品需求，管理产品需求文档（PRS）。4. 负责相关产品的规划、产品资料整理、产品宣讲。5. 产品生命周期管理，以产品为核心，参与产品的研发，高效推动产品注册、生产、临床等关键过程，确保产品准时、高质量上市。6．领导交办的其他临时工作。岗位要求：1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验；2. 掌握相关医疗影像设备行业动态、熟悉医学影像临床相关知识；3.具有医疗影像设备（X射线成像）相关系统级设计经验。具有医疗器械GMP生产和注册申报经验。具备分析、跟进及解决问题的综合素质与能力，具有较强的计划、组织、协调、控制能力及执行力。有CT、DBT、DR、SPECT等设备设计经验优先；4. 具有NPDP证书优先；5. 较好的英语基础及口语沟通能力，熟悉行业英文基本术语，并能够熟练书写及表达

NuRay Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘NuRay’), is a Sino-US joint venture between Beijing Hanhong Investment Company Limited and XinRay Systems Inc. NuRay develops and produces distributed X-ray source products based on CNT (Carbon Nanotube) technology, which are used in the next generation of high-performance CT equipment in the security inspection and medical fields. The new type X-ray source developed and produced by NuRay has changed the generation and utilization of X-rays, fundamentally changes the 3D imaging performance of X-ray equipment, improves image definition and scanning speed, and reduces the maintenance cost of equipment. With respect to the CNT field emission X-ray source technology, NuRay has more than 20 core patents and also obtained exclusive licenses for more than 30 related patents from the parent companies, all of which can provide comprehensive intellectual core property protection to the core technology of NuRay Technology and offer obvious advantages in technological competition.
