Job PurposeTo provide product sustaining support from product release until end of product lifecycleDuties and Responsibilities•Responsible for planning and executing of committed sustaining product engineering key deliverables such asoFinal test plan content relevant to customer and internal quality control requirementsoSupport prototype, customer samples, and qualification material buildoSupport product characterization, failure analysis, and reliability requestoProduct electrical parametric data analysis and yield enhancement•Support cost reduction projects•Provide technical support for EBRs, yield and parameter analysis at for SZ Assy/test, foundry and Assy/test of our subcontractors•Support product characterization, data & curves for product datasheets, product release and customer samples preparation•support documentation update, test program and BOM set-up at SZ & subcond assy/test•provide product sustaining support from product release until end of product lifecycle•Ensure product related information are documented in the "Product Databook" and "Product Electrical" database•Ensure product datasheets are uploaded to corporate websites•Establish communication channels to support new product development and safe launch for smooth transition to volume manufacturing•Conform to work procedure and product to meet onsemi and internation quality, safety and environment quality standards. Qualifications•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Physics•Oral & written English language proficiency a must•Computer literate•At least 5 years working experience as a development, product, device or yield engineer.•Proficient knowledge of power semiconductors such as MOSFET, , SiC, IGBT, Rectifiers and gate drivers•Experience in silicon fabrication, process flow, assembly and testing of discrete power devices
