职责描述：1、Cooperate with the production team to make the test production reach a high level in production, quality, cost and delivery time；2、Responsible for the daily maintenance of the test system, test board and laboratory equipment, and make the maximum of all equipment to test production service；3、Testing yield improvement，optimize test equipment to achieve the better performance；4、Work with GSO team to optimize and improve test solution；5、Responsible for TCPII project to improve equipment performance and cost reduction；6、To implement the company's policies, such as environmental protection, labor protection and quality, to achieve the established ****ives。7、Complete other tasks or projects submitted by the supervisor, actively participate in inter departmental cooperation.8、Understand and follow the ISO9000 and ISO14001 related content, and put forward the improvement plan in the work area that oneself is in charge of.任职要求：
