Qualifications:To be considered for the IFM Sales Manager position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:1.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the facility management or related industry.2.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.3.Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.4.Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.5.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.6.Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required.Responsibilities:As the IFM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:1.Leading and managing , setting sales targets, and providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales goals.2.Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, expand the customer base, and achieve sales targets.3.Building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts.4.Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.5.Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.6.Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights to the senior management team.
