Prime IFM - Regional Director of Facility Management OperationsJob Summary:Prime IFM,Focus in iintelligent facility management services, is seeking a dynamic Regional Director for Facility Management Operations to oversee our lucrative markets in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shandong. This pivotal leadership role is committed to bolstering the growth of Prime IFM’s new business in the region while ensuring excellence in customer relations, project, and operations management of existing projects.The Role:As the Regional Director, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing portfolio programs, with particular emphasis on operational risk management, business growth, and workforce development.
