The primary responsibilities include defining commercial strategy, channel development, design and lead all marketing activities (including attending global exhibitions), collect, and generate leads, and gathering market information to drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities:BD strategy and execution •Identify and ****uate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions, to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.•Establish and manage sales networks by recruiting, training, and supporting sales representatives and agents to effectively promote and sell our products.•Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders to ensure effective distribution of our products and maximize sales opportunities.•Lead the sales team to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.Lead generation and prospecting•Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through various channels.•Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for potential business opportunities. Market analysis and activity support•Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential competitors.•Analyze market dynamics and customer behavior to form business development strategies. •Attend global exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products, identify market trends, and establish strategic partnerships.Preferred Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree from a top university with a focus on science or mechanical engineering.•Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or related roles within life science or clinical diagnostics automation industry.•Proven track record of successfully driving business growth in a competitive market environment.•Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and drive for results.•Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
