岗位职责：1、负责生产各项指标的达成，包括产量、品质以及成本管控等；

2、制定并严格执行生产计划，规范产线作业标准及流程，讲了和完成生产异常反馈机制；

3、针对异常，提出改善措施并实施追踪；

4、落实现场管理工作，包括人员管理和6s等。

任职资格：

1、3年以上光伏电池生产制造管理经验；

2、熟练使用办公软件，较强的沟通能力和组织协调能力；

3、提供驻外补贴；

4、有驻外经验优先考虑、有开线经验优先考虑。
