IT Application Support
Your role
We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:
-Participate in the project lifecycle from requirements specification to implementation, ensuring that the solution fits its intended purpose from a functional, technical, and quality perspective
-Participate in function testing and integration testing based on project requirements
-Assist in project delivery applying firms standard
-Assist in technical solutions (included high / low level technical designs, specification and technology uations) using firms approved methodologies
-Provide production daily support and production release align on defined change process
-Bug tracing for UAT/PROD environment and keep on track
-Work with other team members to define workarounds for production issues and initiate process improvements
Your experience and skills
You have:
-Hands-on skills in deployment/testing or support trading system
-experience applying business analysis techniques
-an understanding of the software development lifecycle
-experience in analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
-have good discipline in risk and control to achieve high standard in a highly regulated environment
You are:
-passionate about supporting the production of IT systems and applications
technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
-adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
-a confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
-willing to learn both in technology and new securities business
-fluent in English and Mandarin
