职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for business development with IT service solution in FSI industry.
b. Responsible for leading the team to meet sales quota and develop sales strategies that maximizes sales opportunities and achieve higher growth.
c. Tasked with the critical role of overseeing the generation of sufficient leads to achieve sales goals and ensure desired outcomes.
d. Establish excellent client relationships from existing and new clients.
e. Achieve individual both financial and non-financial targets set.
f. Oversee and responsible for account management and collections.
g. Working closely with NCS internal pre-sales and delivery teams to drive business development activities.
Professional Skill Requirements
1. First tier University Bachelor or Master with major in Marketing, Economics.
2. More than 8-10 years business development work experience focused on software/service solution in FSI industry.
3. Good knowledge of banking solutions.
4. Proven track record of exceeding sales ives.
5. Have solid relationship with foreign bank customers.
6. Positive, self-motivated and highly driven to excel.
7. Customer focus, with strong motivation to meet and exceed customers expectations.
8. Communicate effectively with customers, partners, vendors and colleagues, at all levels.
9. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with English & Chinese.
10. Willing to travel within China.
