职责描述：
1. Responsible of ensuring that Colson quality standards are maintained on the products suppliers produce and uating supplier processes and procedures to ensure conformance to product specifications and standards.
2. Responsible for communication of key quality issues to the suppliers and for leading the suppliers CPAR teams to resolve quality issues and customer complaints and verification of the s taken.
3. Responsible for carrying out supplier Audits and Assessments and improvement programs.
4. Closely work with the Colson Group China supply chain.
5. Temporary tasks arranged by line manager.

任职要求：
1.Supplier Quality Engineer working in a manufacturing environment
2.Be familiar with using critical quality tools, such as control plans, APQP, root cause analysis, etc.
3.Minimum 3 years related work experience in Quality Engineering with a University degree in mechanical manufacturing or other related disciplines
4.Have worked within an ISO9000 environment or similar and be familiar with RoHS and REACH.
5.Experienced in 8D and APQP with Supplier Audit and Assessment skills.
6.The candidate should be a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to perform root-cause-analysis and full implementation of corrective for process and product related concerns.
