职责描述：

1、负责公司产品（医疗一次性耗材）生产过程的工艺设计及跟踪控制；

2、负责公司产品工艺文件的编制、修订；

3、负责产品生产阶段的工艺交底，及培训指导工作；

4、负责产品生产过程中的技术支持，包括异常问题的分析、对策、预防和控制；

5、负责产品生产BOM编制、维护，及装配方面的物料整理（包括工程变更BOM）；

6、负责培训、指导操作人员熟悉工艺技术，检查现场操作人员的工艺执行情况；

7、完成产品生产过程中的设计验证、过程确认、风险管理工作；

8、负责公司生产设备（自动化组装机）进行维护和改进

任职要求：

1、 专业：大学本科及以上学历；机电一体化、工艺设计制造等相关专业毕业；

2、熟练运用CAD、SolidWorks，UG软件进行工装夹具设计；

3、工作经验： 3年以上，具有工艺结构设计和医疗仪器安装调试工艺管理经验；

4、熟悉ISO 13485、具有医疗器械行业经验尤佳；

5、熟悉PFMEA，IQ/OQ/PQ，PPAP，作业指导书及工艺流程图；

6、熟练使用PLC
