Position Summary:
Lead, coordinate and support the Sales organization and distributor’s network, achieving or exceeding HemoCELL Sales Targets.
Contribute to the on-going developments of : market understanding, sales strategies, sales tools, marketing and sales events.
Key Accountabilities:
Team working with Sales Rep:
Generate HemoCELL leads visiting potential end users and distributors.
Generate HemoCELL leads in quantity and quality to potentially deliver the expected sales.
Manage HemoCELL active leads throughout the sales cycle, supporting distributors & Sales Rep at every stage, including financial and negotiations steps.
Coordinate and support the HemoCELL marketing and sales events.
Present monthly HemoCELL report during the HemoCELL monthly meetings.
Provide monthly HemoCELL sales forecasts.
Achieve or exceed HemoCELL sales target.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
•At least 5 years successful sales experience in Clinical Laboratory Automation.
•Bachelor degree, preferably in laboratory or clinical
