职责描述：

1.To work with local business team to plan, drive and execute the transition plan.
2.To lead the implementation of IT systems needed for Shared Services
3.To be the overall lead and be responsible for the ongoing shared services operation at the spokes in China
4.To drive effective collaboration between Shared services spokes and hub
5.To lead and be responsible for the performance of the shared services spoke teams in China
6.To manage Spoke cost spend.
7.To be responsible for developing talents in the shared services spokes
任职要求：
1.Minimally Bachelor Degree Graduate from accredited tertiary institution.
2.Strong and proven management and leadership experiences in Shared Services organization
3.Customer focus, and proven ability to build Stakeholder Support for SSC/IT projects
4.Strong and proven communication skills to work effectively with senior executives and peers to influence and drive changes
5.Strong problem-solving and business acumen skills.
6.Able to multitask in a fast pace environment.
7.Proven leadership skills to develop and supervise staff of all levels to drive successful performance.
8.Ability to speak, write and read the English &Chinese language.
9.Self-Driven and able to work independently on complex matters
