职位描述:
1.You will determine the needs of the key customers for every sales opportunity by asking probing questions, by understanding specific issues facing the customer based on your paper and tissue manufacturing knowledge.
2.You would be required to do a SWOT analysis of our pulp and understand how our product can add value to the customer against other types of market pulps by matching the customer specific requirements.
3.You would be instrumental in preparing market allocations between various pulp market segments together with the sales teams to maximize profitability.
4.You will act as the market and product/service expert during the sales cycle by bringing insights, product expertise and process management skills to bear.
5.You are expected to serve as a main liaison between the customer, the technical department and the pulp mills to obtain a customized product matching the customer’s requirements.
6.You are expected to work on the product profitability by cultivating a deeper understanding on the pulp product cost, logistics cost and market dynamic to ensure the pulp business unit margins are maintained at the same time enhancing the customers’ value propositions.
7.You would also involve yourself in increasing overall customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth supply chain, providing support for claim resolution, availability of timely technical support etc.
8.You would collect and circulate market intelligence based on the discussions with customers and support the selling efforts.
9.You will serve as an important leader in the development of the future product and services extensions and enhancements and product strategy.
任职要求:
Around 8-10 years in product marketing/ product development/ product strategy in the China market, and preferably around 5+ years of experience in paper and/or tissue manufacturing and preferably around.
Specialized process and product understanding required/ expected for this role
Hands on knowledge of paper and/or tissue manufacturing.
Understand key drivers of the paper and tissue costing
Understanding of high level of kraft pulping process is desirable.
Understanding of basic fiber pulp properties and its impact on paper/ tissue manufacturing process
A high level of communication skills and coordination is required with teams spread across geographically in different time zones.
The candidate should have excellent command over Chinese and English.
Must be a strong team player to harness knowledge/market intelligence and internal skills to assist with prospecting new sales/closing of sales cycle.
Self-starter, independent, high energy individual
Willingness to travel.
