职责描述：
- Complete the multiple projects management, planning and implementation, provide solutions to customer.
- Co-ordinate arrangements for various internal and external project resources.
- Overall management of the project onsite implementation.
- According to the contract and on-site implementation of the program changes.
- Manage third-party vendors.
- Takes responsibility for the planning, documentation and safe execution of projects, actively participating in all phases of the project.
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
- Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.
- Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverable is completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets.
- Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.
任职要求：
​- 10 years working experience with 5 to 8 years’ management experience.
- Familiar with Agile and Scrum
- Good at team communication.
- Have experience of communication with client.
- Have technical background with any of the technical strength – Java or .Net or PHP.
- Have experiences and knowledge for technical solutions.
- Have solid team and project management skills.
- Fluent English writing and speaking skill.
