1.负责接听服务相关的咨询电话,回答用户关于服务和订单问题
Responsible for helpdesk call handling of service related enquiry and communication with customer for service explanation and order clarification;
2.负责订单处理,并协调用户和工程师完成订单
Responsible for order handling and coordination between customer and backend engineers
3.负责处理服务以及订单相关邮件
Responsible for email handling for service and order related request
4.负责培训和指导新入职员工
Responsible for training and coaching new comers
5.负责其他TL分配的工作
Responsible for other tasks assigned by TL
岗位要求:
1.普通话2级乙等及以上
Standard mandarin
2.大学英语4级以上,良好的英文口头沟通能力;英语书写和打字熟练
CET-4 or above, good English communication skills,oral and writing; good at English typing
3.良好的沟通协调能力,学习能力强
Good communication and coordination skills; good learning skills
4.具备较高客服意识
Good customer focus
5.具备基本IT技术者(如:操作系统,办公软件)优先考虑
Basic Information Technology (e.g. Network, OS, Application…) or have general understanding of IT/MS-Office applications is preferred
6.有实习或正式工作经验,大专以上学历,IT相关专业优先考虑
Has working or internship experience before, College or above, IT related major preferred;
7.具备一定抗压能力
Ability to work under pressure - high stress tolerance
8.具备同时间处理多项任务的工作能力
Multi-tasking ability, handle multiple assignments simultaneously
