Introduction
For GS IT AAE we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Service Management
What are my responsibilities?
•Work with internal/external infrastructure operation team / service provider, to deliver a stable and satisfied IT infrastructure service to customers
•Service management for supporting the standard service of GS IT, such as service description, content and process
•Infrastructure portfolio process support and document maintenance
•Infrastructure service catalogue document maintenance
•Provide infrastructure service reports to customer or other colleagues within IT
•Handle to escalation from Helpdesk which is about standard services, process, service clarification and special request etc.
•SLA management backup and support
•Vendor service KPI monitoring and monthly service review meeting
•Provide support to other teams for project delivery and daily operation
What do I need to qualify for this position?
•ITIL Foundation certificate preferred
•Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology
•At least 3 years working experience in IT Infrastructure operation
•Be familiar with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc.
•Be good at commutation in English
