Responsibility:
Delivery the requested solutions to local customers
Closed work with business partner
provide presales support such us system demo and customer onsite presentation
coach, lead and manage whole team to achieve common target
people development and resource management

Requirements:
Strong technical background in software development, big data, IoT and cloud
Deep understating with agile software development principles and automation
Experienced in software development lifecycle management, from requirement analysis to code, testing, deploy and maintenance
3-5 years people management skill and resource management skill
Experienced in developing and coach fresh
Strong communication skills to maintain the relationship with business partner
Fluency oral and written in English and Chinese
