The PMO team will work as a bridge between IT project and operation and be responsible to support the customer on business proposal, solution design, and testing, go live support phase.

The senior PM will be responsible for the PMO team with 10 HC and interfaces with all levels of internal and customer management on all aspects of planning, scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling the program. The senior PM will lead the Program Team to meet timing, quality, finance, and service product requirements for both cooperate and customer systems and processes.

Requirement:

1. At least 10 years project management working experience within SAP domain
2. Demonstrated leading skills and knowledge of project execution and cost management; excellent interpersonal skills;
3. Good analyzing and factor identification skills;
4. Sensitive to daily operation and well understanding in operation index, familiar with process improvement, quality control application skills;
5. Result orientation, open minded and able to work under pressure environments;
6. Good written and verbal in English, can host con call with customer in English;
7. Able to frequent travel within China
Know about Agile, DevOps will be preferred.
