ob Description:
The SharePoint Developer will design, develop and maintain key components of the SharePoint Platform using Microsoft .Net framework. Developer will participate in requirements gathering and analysis to develop solutions for all tiers of the application: user interface, middle-tier business components, database layer, etc.

The candidate will be expected to: suggest, design, create, and implement/modify SharePoint sites for various key business groups in 3M.
They will analyze and upgrade SharePoint 2010 on premise to SharePoint 2013 on premise, including existing SharePoint sites & applications.

The developer will be a key contributor to innovation and build proof of concept that can be leveraged across the enterprise. This candidate can develop, write custom code and leverage out of the box features of SharePoint 2010 & 2013.
