Job Duties:
- Support project managers for the management and satisfactory completion of medium-large IT projects in time, budget and quality
- Design and implementation of processes and organizational changes as required supporting technology requirements
- Design of IT infrastructure for different IT requirements
- Documentation of technical proposals and reports
- Discuss with business from IT perspective
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or related fields with IT background, technical and financial understanding.
Professional Skills
- 5+ years’ working experience within international environment in the past
- Clear understanding of infrastructure topics
- Clear understanding of processes and team organizations and being able to design them
- ITIL V3 or higher certification
- Knowledge on Agile and scrum methodology, being able to work in an agile environment
- Able to understand and write technical documents
- Understand new technologies e.g. cloud, big data, data analytics, mobile Apps, payment, as well as traditional IT e.g. Active Directory, Print/File Systems etc.
- Project Management qualification and methods experience (e.g. PMP) are preferred
- Proficiency in MS-Office

Language Skills:
- English (advanced)
- Mandarin (mother tongue or equivalent proficiency)
- German is a plus
