职责描述：
1、方案编写：与多个业务线团队人员合作，理解和分析客户需求，编写项目方案并投标；
2、项目实施和管理：在项目经理的指导下执行和实施智慧水务项目，管控项目进度，预算，风险和移交成果，监控项目日常进度和存在问题；
3、供水管网建模或排水管网模型：模型建立和校核，以及在线模型的配置；
4、服务支持：提供水行业业务相关方案的支持，包括给予客户的系统方案日常的运营支持；
5、客户管理管理：协助维护客户关系并参加与客户的会议。

任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上；
2、2年以上水行业工作经历并有项目管理的相关经验；有能力组织和协调相关资源在规定时间和预算范围内内实现项目建设和移交；具有必要的经验能够收集，分析数据资料并进行方案设计编写；有在智慧水务相关公用事业单位工作经历者（智慧供水，智慧排水，智慧海绵城市等）优先；
3、具有较强的准备项目案例和方案，以及标书的能力，对智慧水务有必要的理解；
4、项目管理、客户关系管理；
5、熟悉微软Office软件使用和必要的水力建模软件；
6、良好的英文口语和书写者优先；
7、较强的面向客户和沟通技能，并具有与各业务层面同事及外部客户的高效协商能力；
8、全职，具有团队精神，独立和灵活的工作能力 – 愿意出差。

Job Description

1、Collaborating with diverse business teams to understand and analyze requirements, write proposals and response to tender；

2、Under PM’s guidance, execute the successful implementation of Smart Water projects, managing schedule, budget, risk, resources and outcomes

Monitoring and regular reporting of project schedule and issues；

3、Model building and calibration, on-line modelling configuration；

4、Providing support of business related solutions, including daily operations of solutions with client；

5、Assisting relationship maintenance with customers and participating customer meetings


Qualification

1、University graduate or above

2、2+ years in the Water Industry and has experience in Project Management; proven ability to lead and manage necessary resources to achieve the delivery of projects within specified time frames and budget

Necessary experience on requirement gathering, analysis and solution design

Utilities industry exposure strongly preferred, smart utility (such as smart water, smart drainage, smart sponge city etc.) solution experience will be a significant advantage

3、Strong ability to write business cases, proposals and response to tender

Have necessary understanding of smart water

Good customer service skill and attitude, have worked smart water in the past

6、Good verbal and written English preferred

7、Strong client facing and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the business and external customers
