职责描述：
oMore than 2 years of experience in SW testing
oGood understanding of various test levels, test types and international test standards
oExcellent communication skills with a team collaboration personality
oGood English skills, both Read and written. Oral English is nice to have but not required.
oPatient, careful and detail-oriented
oFamiliar with Defect management tool like Jira(optional)
oMore than 1 year of experience in Automotive project(optional)
oHaving experience in defect management process would be a big plus

任职要求：
oLearn features of Automotive Infotainment System continuously (features specs and system behaviors)
oReview incoming product defect and ensure the quality of reporting as gate keeper
oIdentify if new defect is valid based on features specs
oDetermine priority of valid defect based on severity level
oCommunicate with test teams across USA, Canada, Finland, Germany, India and China regarding unqualified defects
oProvide guidance and assistance on the defect management process to test teams as needed
oCooperate with feature owners for defect management
oImprove defect management process
