Skills/Experience
1.Intermediate to expert knowledge of macOS 10.10 and higher
2.Intermediate to expert level package building for Apple Configurator 2.0 and higher
3.Intermediate to expert knowledge of iOS 9 and above
4.Intermediate to expert knowledge of Mobile Device Management platforms including relevant certifications (AirWatch preferred)
5.Intermediate to expert knowledge using Apple Configurator and scripting (ver. 2.0 and higher) to manage iOS devices
6.Intermediate to expert knowledge on hardware platforms including Apple Desktops/Laptops/Mobile Devices
7.Intermediate to expert knowledge on JAMF Casper for management of macOS devices. Certification highly-preferred
8.Success in supporting and administering large implementations of iOS and macOS devices in a multi-location / geography environment
9.Ability to triage, troubleshoot and fix problems and incidents – using vendor and third-party tools and technical support where required. Includes experience providing desk side and remote support as required via ticketing system
10.Experience providing L2 – L3 operational support on macOS / iOS / other mobile platforms
11.Deep understanding of server/client architecture
12.Ability to write clear documentation
13.Task oriented with a strong focus on meeting goals in a timely manner
14.Excellent written/oral communication and customer service
15.Proactive/self-starter
16.Accountability and end to end ownership of task or solution
Notes
1.Certifications are a plus
2.Experience in a retail support environment is a plus
3.Success in supporting and administering large implementations of iOS and MacOS devices in a multi-location / geography environment is a plus
4.Experience administering/managing mobile devices via MDM is a plus
5.Interest in learning Rugged Mobile Device Management
