1. Provide technical support to the adhesive coating departments, which include binder coating, hotmelt and 0172 processes.
2. Provide technical solutions related to chemical properties of our dyeing, coating and adhensive coating processes.
3. Lead continuoue improvement projects in the opertaions that deliver waste reduction, process improvements, cost reduction and productivity gains.
4. Work closely with the sourcing team to source and qualify capable suppliers of raw materials.
5. ork closely with the sales team and production team to identify customer needs and develop new products or process changes to satisfy customer or market requirements. .
任职条件Requirements：
1. Bachelor in chemical engineering
2. Knowledge of adhensive and dyestuff
3. Minimum of 5 years relative experience
4. Language good in oral and written English
5．Be familiar with acrylic, hotmelt, emulsion adhensive
6. Be familiar with process tooling, such as PFEMA, Cpk
7. CAD, 3D drawing skill will be a plus
