Requirements:
-BS or equivalent degree in computing software technologies.
-At least 3 years of software quality testing experience.
-Experience in Software Quality Engineering with in-depth working knowledge and methodologies.
-Working knowledge of automated testing tools.
-Experience with Microsoft Windows or Windows Server OS, and SQL Server.
-Experience of testing B/S and C/S solutions.
-High level of initiative with ability to self-manage.
-Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills.
-Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Must be a Team player.
-Familiar with .NET programming languages is a plus.
-Familiar with Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager is a plus.
-Familiar with ERP and CRM is highly desired.
-Familiar with Microsoft Visual Studio Coded UI Test is highly desired.

Job Descriptions:
-Identifies, analyzes, documents defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
-Establishes benchmarks for program efficiency in operating and response times.
-Creates test plans, test cases and test data.
-Creates test scripts for functional and regression testing using automated software testing programs to improve test efficiency.
-Installs, maintains, and uses testing software programs.
-Conducts compatibility tests with other software programs, hardware, multiple operating system, and network environments.
-Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent recurrence of program operating problems and endure efficiency of operation.
-Documents, analyses, tracks test results and unresolved problems.
-Responds to inquiries from users and technical support regarding functions and operations of software programs.
-Contributes to establishment of high quality standards and procedures for program testing. Recommends program improvements or revisions to system analysts.
