Main Responsibilities主要职责
He/She supports dept manager and it’s the operative reference point for electrical HW / SW designing, assuring performance and internal and external diffusion of technical detailed list and standards necessary to electrical HW / SW equipment development, both in plant and in site. 支持技术经理，做电气硬件/软件设计，调试，公司现场和客户现场
Release BOM 下发采购清单及备件清单
Optimize the architecture hardware of application优化硬件架构
Release operator manual,make training 制作操作文档及相关培训
Communicate with customer for technical clarification, understand customer’s requirement 与客户做技术澄清，了解客户的详细需求
Basic tech proposal with best cost 基于最低成本的技术方案

Requirements需求
Electrical HW design 电气硬件设计 （包括网络、总线组态及各种安全回路）
Apply Industry components and familiar its’ specification 应用工业部件 - 比如拧紧枪、试漏仪、电动伺服压机、工业机器人，熟悉相关参数和应用接口
Advance CAD(EPLAN) and Program tools user Eplan绘图和相关的编程工具
PLC and relative technical controller SW design and commissioning 西门子PLC和相关控制器的软件设计和调试
HMI design and commissioning 人机界面开发及调试，西门子wincc flexible
Spare parts,Preventive maintenanc,trouble shooting备品备件，预防性维护，设备纠错等相关知识
CNC SW design and commissioning CNC的软件设计和调试 (非必须)
Robot SW design and commissioning 机器人的软件设计和调试 (非必须，但是要了解接口)
Hongmao-Auto standard program architecture鸿懋标准程序框架
Production data trace system 生产数据追溯系统
New technical production development 新的技术产品开发(非必须)
