职责描述：
FPA process Engineer is in charge of the technical solutions, equipment and preparations for Plating/Package/ Assembly/Fipping/painting as part of Production Engineering in the Product Creation Process. The Engineer is closely involved in supplier development and internal training.

MAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. ENSU
？Support feasibility reviews for new products if required;
2. RFQs&DFM
？Creating manufacturing concept drafting based on the available data;
？Prepare quotation datasheet, comments and assumptions; Propose for design optimization.
3. Engineering development
？Leading manufacturing concept creation based on the project requirements;
？Leading new project jigs, mask, fixture, design and qualification in accordance with company design practice;
？Continuously improve the fixtures and tools to ensure production quality;
4. Builds
？On site leading to solve process issues during the builds;
？Assist in the production of standard work instructions.
？Train and record the related department staff.
5. Process Optimization and V&A
？Continuous improvement: Leading process optimization and Parameters, Corrective actions and Improvements: PDCA cycles;
？Prepare build report and other engineering documents for timely reporting.
6. Yield and Capacity Improvement in the mass production
？Make analysis and Problem solving for process and tooling to keep the normal production condition.
？Lead the process study and improvement for efficiency and capacity improvement, and other related documents handed over to production department
7. Competency and Supplier Development
？Leading the activities with supplier to meet project timing, quantity and quality requirements.
8. Miscellaneous
？Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

任职要求：
1.College degree or above in mechanical or automation,
2.Work experience on managing package design/Assembly operations and/or technology in international company
3.CAD and 3D software, proficiency drawings independently
4.Good command of English
