Job Description:
1.确保生产流程运转正常，保质保量完成生产计划，有效处理突发事件，避免不必要损失，
协调生产线工艺及流程改进的开发、实施和跟进；
Ensure that the production process runs faultlessly, and complete the production plan with quality and quantity assured, Handle the emergencies to avoid unnecessary losses effectively. Coordinate the development, implementation and follow up of production line process and process improvement
2.为生产现场提供技术支持，并对日常制造工艺工程的监督管理, 优化人力资本、标准时间、设备和能源的使用，解决生产流程中存在的问题，以达到较高的效率、生产率、安全和质量。负责新产品的项目开发和实施；
Provide support for production on-site, supervision and management of daily manufacturing process engineering. Optimize the use of human resource, Labor time, equipment and energy to solve the problems existing in the production process, in order to achieve higher efficiency, productivity, safety and quality. Responsible for project development and implementation of new products.
3.负责生产工时考核，工艺文件制作、修改、变更；
Responsible for checking the production hours, and making, modifying, changing the craft file.
4.生产现场工装夹具的管理维护;
Management and maintenance of production on-site fixture.
5.04刀具库和06备件库以及工装夹具库管理人员工作的安排，以满足生产正常运转的需求；
Arrangement and management of administrative staff of No.04 tooling store and No.06 spare parts store.
6.负责新产品项目的工艺试制、装备配套工作；
Responsible for craft trial-manufacture and matching equipment of new product project.
7.新工艺、新设备的现场人员培训 ；
Training the on-site personnel of new craft and new equipment.
8.SAP系统中的工艺录入及变更；
Input and change craft in SAP system.
9.确保本部门ISO9000体系的有效实施；
Ensure the effective implement of ISO9000 system in their department.
10.监控刀耗量，如有异常，及时采取有效措施避免刀具消耗超出控制范围；
Supervise the tooling consumption, if find abnormal, you should take effective measures to prevent tooling consumption beyond control.
11.在本部门经理不在岗时，临时代理部门经理的工作；
Casually agent department manager’s work when the manager is not on-the-job.
12.保质保量完成上级安排的临时性工作；
Complete the temporary work assigned by superior with quality and quantity.
Job Requirements:
1.本科或以上学历，机械或相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, and majored on machinery or related.
2.5年以上机加工和加工中心工作经验及团队管理经验，特别是Mazark, Mori, Chrion, Faunc相关工作经验；
More than 5 years working experience in machining and machining center and team leading experience. Have Mazark, Mori, Chrion, Faunc work experience.
3.具备良好的数控知识；
Possess a good CNC-knowledge.
4.良好的英语口语和读写能力；
Good English skill on reading, writing and oral.
5.有SAP使用经验者优先考虑。
SAP using experience is preferred.
