Job Responsibilities:
•Conduct business analysis, technical design and software development for security reporting system and deliver results for assigned tasks
•Advise technical feasibility or propose solution, and take lead in user meetings
•Carry out data reporting system design, warehouse data model design, prepare technical specifications
•Gather, define, and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client
•Understand business problem – create a centralised data warehouse/repository to store reports/extracts from 40+ cyber security tools (e.g. code scanning, firewalls, IPS, IDS, DLP, DDoS protection, antivirus, WAF etc.), each of which may have different output types (field names and types, file formats etc.)
•Work with business stakeholders to determine reporting requirements
•Liaise with security team to understand the different reports available from the in scope security tools
•Determine how to normalise or store all reports into a consolidated data warehouse
•Create data warehouse structure and design process to import reports from the different tools
•Create reporting interface which will allow business stakeholders to generate and view reports
•Write functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories
•Collaborate closely with technical teams to configure / optimize the customer experience

Key Requirements: Skills / Experience / Qualification
•University Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
•6-10 years’ experience in a BA-focused role, with a focus on writing functional and non-functional specification
•Experience in BI , Data Warehouse highly required
•Experience in information security tools & analysis is an advantage.
•Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
•Excellent written and verbal skills in English
•Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems
•Ability to perform under pressure
