要求：有以下方面经验其中一个的都可以推荐，希望逻辑思维清晰，有leadership
1. 做系统级的仿真：物理层仿真（如系统管理，research，三星）
2. FPGA算法部门（普天）
3. Radio SW design
4. FPGA design
5. Digital design，有RF背景，对CPU无要求
学历：硕士以上
英语：听说读写，英文工作环境，会和瑞典意大利的开会
工作年限：2年以上，年龄不是最看重的，主要看人
面试流程：1-2轮现场面试，外地可先电面，本地不建议电面（但也可看情况协调）
加班情况：一般不建议加班，项目紧急的时候会加一下，或者晚上和瑞典开会



System Developer Position Summary (function)

As a Developer you will develop & maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions), including development activities like requirement analysis, design, integration, verification, configuration management, PLM support, product documentation.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Develop and Test High Quality Products
• Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support
• Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Master Degree or equivalent in Wireless, Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer
• 4 + years’ experience in radio product development
• Solid knowledge in RAN system, radio network and telecommunication standardization
• Good written and spoken English
• Good communication skills and social abilities Preferred Experience on
• Volume radio base station product development
• Layer 1 function system background.
• Layer 1 software architecture and implementation
• Overall RBS architecture and implementation
• Understanding of lower level software, and how hardware and software integration work
