Key Responsibilities:
Serve as global delivery partner of XXX account, responsible for XXX account global delivery, defining and achieving business plans by ensuring the contribution from all relevant stakeholders internal as well as external;
Ensure development and alignment of XXX client strategies with GCP to achieve business Mission, Visions and objectives;
Contribute towards team capability transformation, innovation and optimization;
Qualifications:
Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT industry, more than 5 years with international business and oversea team management experience;
Depth and breadth of understanding of portfolio of XXX account services and embedded industry;
Proven experience in outsourcing or similar service delivery, and adequate understanding about kinds of service offering including staffing, OCB, ODC, etc.;
Proven experience managing large project teams and sub teams, proficient in formal project management methodologies, solid dev/Ops experience is highly preferred;
Ability to achieve forward progress and maintain momentum in a long-term project environment (ability to manage volatility, uncertainty);
Marketing and strategy definition and implementation across business area;
Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolutions skills;
Must be results driven, show initiative, a high energy leader, team player;
Familiar with MNC client culture and team management will be highly preferred.
