职位描述
Our client is Global Fortune 500 Company
HR Manager (Training & Development)
Main Tasks:
· Provide insights on individual employee development needs to line managers/their supervising management so as to support their decisions on employee development planning (i.e. nomination of talent candidates, participants for development programs).
· Participate in employee development discussions and provide consultation (i.e. identification of employee for development, design of development plans, handling position transfer opportunity as part of development plan)
· Closely coordindate with T&D Team, including joint effeorts in working out development programs for identified development employees.
· Supervise the collection and consolidation of annual traning needs analysis according to the agreed template, parameters, budgets, schedule to support employee development and training programs.
· Other projects related to training and development.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor or above in HR or related discipline
· Working Experience: 5 to 8 years working experience in HR fields. Solid experience in learning and development.
· Very good command of Chinese and English (both oral and written)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Good organizational awareness
