Position:internal auditor supervisor
Report to:IA manager
Subordinate:1

Job Description:
Conduct audit assignments under the guide of line manager:
1.Corroborative inquiries during interview
2.Substantive audit testing and sampling
3.Desktop data collection and basic analysis
4.Archiving audit traces and documentations
5.Assist in preparing audit plan, programs, risk analysis and drafting audit reports
6.Follow-up previous audit findings with mitigation status
7.Help with optimizing company’s business process with better internal control
8.Specialize in A&P(Advertising & Promotional) Expense Audit, Co-packer audit and internal control continuous improvements
9.Other tasks assigned by line manager or company

Requirement:
1.High Integrity which can provide reliance on his/her judgments
2.Preferably Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related field
3.Solid understanding of basic accounting issues
4.About 3 years with experience in auditing independently
5.Strong analytical aptitude
6.Strong interpersonal communication skills
7.Proficiency in Excel(pivot table, v-lookup etc), Word, Powerpoint
8.Willing to Travel (about 40%)
