Task 1:
-Prepare monthly and quarterly tax filing of corporate entities and coordinate with third-party firm for branches outside of Shanghai;
-Responsible for tax reports and other reports requested by government.
Task 2:
-Review outbound remittance package and relevant non-trade contracts;
-Manage overseas withholding tax
Task 3:
-Day-to-day tax management, answer any tax question coming from internal and external, propose tax optimizations.
-Provide relevant tax training and introduce recent tax policy to relevant people.
Task 4:
-As a primary interface with tax authorities regarding tax audit, negotiation and tax planning activities, understand the latest tax laws and regulations to make sure all procedures for tax declaration compliance with tax laws and company policies,identify tax saving opportunities.
-Conduct frequent internal control process (including but not limited to tax reasonable tests, tax payment analysis) to identify the tax issues if any;
Task 5:
-Assistance in annual CIT filing package & process and responsible for internal and external tax inspection and audit.
-Support legal team on store open and closure process.
-Other extra tasks assigned by line manager.

PROFILE:
Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance / Business
Professional:
1.More than 5 years in retail industry will be best.Experience on overseas payment and familiar with national, local tax and economic related laws
2.IT Skills:
-Excellent skills of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint.
-Competency in ERP system, SAP experience is an advantage.
3.Language Skills:Fluency in English and Mandarin
