Job Description:
*Technical review of audit documentation and making certification decision (ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 22163) for compliance with the certification procedure and accreditation rules, maintain accreditation of related business.
*Providing guidance to auditing office (auditors, sales and technical supports), including:
1.answer technical questions from auditors, sales and technical support by mail and phone;
2.,corporate external witness audit and office assessment.
*Support on site audit as a resource member of ISO/TS 22163 business line.
*Perform ISO/TS 22163 contract review.
*Scheduling ISO/TS 22163 audit in IRIS Portal, download and upload audit file from IRIS Portal.
*Managing and maintain the qualification of ISO/TS 22163 auditors.
*Communicate with IMC, such as ask for waiver, ask for approval of special audit, etc.
*Finish other jobs the supervisors assigned.

Job Requirements:
At least 3 years rail experience (operators, system integrators, equipment manufacturer and /or appropriate official rail organization, such as EAR, UNIFE or related national associations) or in similar industries (automotive, aerospace, nuclear, elctrotechnic) in the last 15 years and is/was directly involved in engineering, design, purchasing, manufacturing, maintenance, project management, quality, or process control for the respective process scope.
