岗位职责:
Job Description:
1.Database management and development, big biomedical data integration
2.Analysis of biological networks and pathways
3.Mining of databases for protein-protein and drug-target interactions (such as Ingenuity, Drugbank, String, HPRD …)
4.Omics data analysis (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics)
任职资格:
Job Requirements:
1.Master in Bioinformatics or Computer Sciences will be considered as a minimal level.
2.Knowledge of at least one of the following programming language: R, Python, Perl
3.Knowledge of SQL / MySQL
4.Basic notion of Biostatistics
5.Good knowledge of Windows / Linux/ Office
6.Knowledge of Cytoscape is preferred
7.Fluent in Chinese and English
8.Willingness to travel
