岗位职责：
The head of engineering testing and research provides overall technical leadership for battery pack business with focus on new technologies. The head of engineering testing and research strongly supports all related activities to establish and run the Neusoft Reach`s battery business in the Chinese Market and in the near future in the global market in alignment with the future-oriented strategy of the company.

Perfect English skills
Master or doctor degree
Lead of research and engineering testing team in China
Makes sure the team build up a engineering testing base in Shanghai: permanent overview of all available test equipment in-house as well as external test facilities
Encourage employees to research and investigates new technologies and ideas
Makes sure new ideas and concepts are tested and proofed before handed over to design team
Comparison (tear down) of batteries from other OEMs
The amount of patents per year from the research-team will be a key-index for evaluation
Support design team during development phase. Testing department is responsible that the battery-design will pass all DV and PV-tests
