职位描述
Position Description:
• Setup big data strategy based on business strategy and goals, target break down, execution and monitoring
• Collect eCom big data mining, reporting and real-time data presentation requirements or improvement needs from business team and other departments
• Apply data insight for customer/member, item, marketing and operation insights
• Support business with big data insights on CRM, monetization, precision marketing or personalization etc.
• Analyze competitor products, market dynamics and maintain a competitive lead in all relevant areas
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5 years of eCommerce/Internet industry big data related work experience
• Highly efficient with Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding logical and agile thinking capabilities and good analytic skills
• Passionate about big data technology, reporting tools, AI or deep learning
• Familiar with one of the big data tool: Hadoop, Storm or Flume
• Familiar with one of the reporting tool: Teradata, Alteryx or Exdata
• Fluent in English would be a plus
