职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Tracking performance of SSC functional teams;
- Provide KPI and SLA report according to requirement;
- Cooperate with functional teams to identify the reasons for any KPI exception and raise suggestion;
- Cooperate with functional teams to identify the process improvement opportunities;
- Tracking and report the status of continuous improvement projects;
- Cooperate with functional teams to ensure the smoothly landing of new business or policy;
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or above;
- Finance background preferred
- Share Service Center experiences preferred
- Project management experience;
- Good at communication;
- Excellent oral and written English;
- Lean; 6-sigma; Green/ Black Belt Certified preferred
- Good at MS Office including Excel, Work, PPT, Access, MS project and Visio
