Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
2. 1-3 years experience in power tools industry or relative industries
3. With project management and project maintenance experience, with mechanical processing exposure or experience
4. Good communication, organization & time management skills
5. Good problem solving skills
6. Good command in English reading and writing
7. Self motivated, results &;goal oriented

Responsibility:
1. New product delivery and new project management
2. Maintaining and improving for resident product
3. Provide support to manufacturing quality issue including warranty monitoring and improvement
4. Implement derivative mods
5. Implement design improvement
6. Provide design related VI (value improvement) project support
7. Provide technical assessment of supplier capabilities
8. Support supplier development for new products and resourced components
