Qualification/Technical Requirement
B.S. Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/Manufacturing engineering.
At least 4 years related working experience in high volume of manufacturing assembling environment.
IE knowledge and experience is required.
Manufacturing knowledge and experience is required.
Strong knowledge and experience in implementing lean manufacturing system.
Knowledge and experience in new product set up for manufacturing.
Project management skill is required.
Good English skill of reading, comprehending and writing and speaking.
AutoCAD and computer skill of Microsoft office is required.
Product design background is preferred.
Responsibility
New product PFMEA and manufacturing cost analysis.
New product process design and line set up.
Line and product capacity analysis.
Line layout design and line set up technical requirement design.
Fixture and equipment concept design with IE and lean ideas for products and production lines.
Preparing of work instruction and material list.
Optimize the process and line to improve the labor cost.
Credit time calculation and analysis.
Line balance improving.
Lean manufacturing implementing.
Leading work for new project manufacturing set up.
Leading work for lean projects and improvement.
Production operator training for product assembly.
