Requirement：
1. Four-year University Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required
2. Five years engineering experience is required, manufacturing exposure is a plus, with a heavy emphasis on the manufacturing methods and power tools design.
3. Good knowledge and experience with plastic, machining, powered metal parts, stamping parts.
4. Be aware of design for manufacturing, inspection method
5. Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, team-worker, and open-minded.
6. Good communication skills. Good command of English in reading and writing. Good English speaking ability will be a plus.
7. Good experience is using MS Office software ( Excel, Word, etc..).
8. Willing to learn and to share knowledge and experience in the team

Responsibility;
1. Learn as well as coach team for designing new power tool products.
2. Manage Cost BOM, project schedule, and quality requirements for design projects.
3. Product design: be able to read and write 2D and 3D drawing, both parts and assembly. Experience in using CATIA will be a plus.
4. Do GD&T and stack-up calculation.
5. Do competitor’s products analysis.
6. Communicate with suppliers for parts manufacturing.
7. Manage quality improvement and cost reduction of existing products
