Responsibilities:
-Process Design Review:
＞Work with PsE for non-standard equipment concept review, provide the technical decision for supplier solution.
＞Participate in process conecpt design review, facilitate PsE to indentify and mitigate process(including equipment) design risk.
＞Lesson learned collection and sharing for mechanical design.
-Proess design rules/guideline:
＞Lead to build up equipment design review checklist and equipment specification guideline.
＞Mechanical design guideline optimization
＞New equipment/design technical promotion in PsE team.
＞Initiate the userguide for mechanical standard component or mudule selection (Such as transmission mechanism, air cylinder, etc)
-Problem Sovling
＞Cooperate with PsE to identify and resolve technical issues of mechanism at process validation phase.
＞Lead PsE or ME to enhance/improve equipment capability (OEE, Scrap rate) during safe launch.
＞Support specific new project development to ensure on-time delieverable to meet project plan.
＞Provide problem solving methodology training.

Qualifications:
1. Automation, mechanical design related major, Bachelor degree or above
2. Above 7 years experience in non-standard equipment design OR debugging.
3. Be familiar with PFMEA tool is better
4. Be familar with AutoCAD, PROE, Solidworks software
5. Be proficient in air and electic control theory, and non-standard equipment assembly and debugging

TE Connectivity (TE) 中国汽车事业部在中国建有两个专有生产基地，建筑总面积超过56, 000平方米，共拥有近400条生产线，3300多名员工。主要生产端子、连接器、传感器、继电器、中央电器盒、特殊线缆装配系统、新能源系统、信息娱乐系统、感应系统、线束和套管等产品。

TE中国汽车事业部的这两个生产基地分别为保税区内工（“EPZ工厂”）和保税区外工厂（“NEPZ工厂”），均位于江苏省苏州市工业园区。其中，EPZ工厂占地面积为68, 000平方米，于2006年6月落成并投入运营，2012年6月完成二期扩建工程后的总建筑面积近32, 000平方米。目前，EPZ工厂正在规划三期扩建工程，未来建成后的总建筑面积将达到36,500平方米。

为加大生产，更好地服务本地客户，TE中国汽车事业部于2007年11月在苏州工业园区保税区外设立了NEPZ工厂。2013年7月，NEPZ工厂整体搬迁至位于苏州工业园区汀兰巷的新厂区。新厂区占地面积69,000平方米，一期的建筑面积近25, 600平方米。计划2017年年底前建成二期厂房，届时NEPZ工厂总建筑面积将达到45, 000平方米。

TE中国汽车事业部的苏州工厂均具备ISO 9001/ISO/TS 16949质量体系，以及ISO 14001环境管理体系和OHSAS 18001职业健康安全管理体系认证资格。

2015年6月，TE中国汽车事业部的苏州工厂获得TE运营优势（TEOA）四星认证，TEOA是一项在全球集团范围内推行的计划，旨在通过应用最佳实践和流程优化，更好地利用公司最宝贵的资产——人员、工厂、设备，从而达到提高业务绩效的目标。TEOA四星认证，表明苏州EPZ和NEPZ工厂在各方面均达到了卓越的精益生产水平，名列TE全球“明星工厂”之列。
