职位描述
工作职责:
1. Work closely with team head to set the direction of media strategy
2. Identify media optimization opportunity to achieve cost efficiencies
3. Lead campaigns from development of communication strategy through campaign execution and reporting. Areas of focus include communication planning, media mix development, media planning, performance measurement, budget management, online tracking, buy evaluation, and optimization
任职要求:
1. Minimum 8 years in media planning, rich online and offline experience. Digital expertise is a must.
2. 4As agency background fortune 500 enterprise, in-house background is preferred or leading digital agency experience is preferred
3. Excellent project management, interpersonal skill and a good team player
4. strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically, creatively and proactively
