Description:
Project Assistant core job is to support Medical Affairs Events operation, previous preparation, on site support, budget control and documents archiving. 2-3 times a month on business trip.
Duties & Responsibilities
To support Events of Medical Affairs team, travel arrangement, venue management, construction, document preparation, onsite control, reimbursement and the other administrative jobs.
To coordinate and communicate among departments and with departments’ headquarters, ensure logistics supports follow SOP and compliance requirements.
According to the standard process to hold meetings/events, and archive related documents in system.
Vendor and Supplier management, mainly focus on the quality control of service, decoration and equipment.
Other assigned administrative activities.
Requirements:
more than 1 year pharmaceutical or conference holding/support working experience.
Bechelor Degree, Pharmacology and Medicine is preferred.
good at english speaking and listening, as well as microsoftware.
Eligibility Requirements:
Should be a team player and result oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
