职责描述：
1. 负责团队技术管理。
2. 作为项目负责人带领重要项目落实。

任职要求：
1. 建筑学专业毕业/ 海外背景或工作背景优先。
2. 10年以上工作经验。
3. 具备大型商业项目全程经验，独立负责项目全程的经验。
4. 对制图和模型软件的应用很熟悉。
5. 能带领团队，能知道项目建筑师的工作，有项目运营的意识。
6. 具备中国一级注册建筑师。
